Jeff Gochoco Named Community Outreach Manager for Sun Health Center for Health & Wellbeing

SURPRISE, ARIZ. – March 2, 2021 – The Sun Health Center for Health & Wellbeing (CHW) recently hired Jeff Gochoco as community outreach manager, responsible for promoting the programs and services offered by Sun Health Wellness, including the Center and evidence-based programs and services that address pre-diabetes and diabetes management, dementia, kidney disease, medical nutrition therapy and more.
Gochoco is focused on outreach to medical providers, employers, healthcare groups and insurance organizations to make them aware of how Sun Health can partner with them so that their member, patients and employees can liver healthier lives and they can improve outcomes and lower costs.
“My goal is to share with everyone that most of the programs and services we offer are covered by insurance or offered at no cost to them through the generous support of donors to our Sun Health Foundation,” Gochoco said. “Sun Health has a great team of experts all with the heart of teachers to help people with many important health issues we all face as we get older.”
Gochoco graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology. He spent the last 10 years as a director of marketing & sales of life care communities in Pennsylvania and Arizona.
