Chair Yoga is a safe and fun way to incorporate yoga practices using both seated and standing postures. It gives you the same benefits of traditional yoga, while providing additional support and stability from the chair, until you’re ready to take it a step further.
For a small $40 registration fee, you can participate in our eight-class series on Chair Yoga. You’ll see gradual improvements in your balance, strength, flexibility and stress levels.
